Agri-Traçabilité Québec (ATQ) has a worldwide reputation for its expertise and achievements regarding the permanent identification and traceability of agricultural products.

Using a concept developed in 2001, ATQ has taken on the many challenges brought about by the implementation of permanent identification and traceability in several Quebec agricultural sectors (beef, sheep, cervidae, transportation and table eggs sectors, among others). Meaningful and tangible results come from its field-based approach and its various partnerships with producers, the industry and governments.

While ATQ’s mission is to implement permanent identification systems for all of Quebec’s agri-food products, its subsidiary ATI aims to offer avant-garde traceability solutions, supported by professional and technical services, meeting international standards.
